Production and aging: Traditionally, the wine in steel barrels at a temperature below 29 ° C produced. By storage in oak barrels for a few months the wine is refined. Then follows a storage of 2 more months in bottle.

Taste: soft, well-structured and full.
Bouquet: Intense, very pleasant and persistent with the scent of cherries and forest fruits.
